Lundin Gold is pleased to provide its Annual Meeting of Shareholders both online and in person this year. Registered shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders will be able to attend, submit questions and vote at the meeting either online at web.lumiagm.com/483854529 (password: lundin2024) or in person at Lundin Gold’s offices noted above. Non-registered (beneficial) shareholders who have not duly appointed themselves as proxyholder will be able to attend the meeting as guests, but online guests will not be able to vote or ask questions at the meeting and in person guests will not be able to vote. Please follow the instructions set out in the Circular to learn how to vote virtually and ask questions through the meeting.
